SIV/Acro - 5th to 12th October

The aim of our course is to develop your glider control and confidence when it comes to any aspect of flying. Paragliding or paramotoring is one of the best ways to see the world but it can open us up to potentially dangerous situations. An SIV can remove the fear of the unknown by giving you the opportunity to experience a range of in-flight scenarios in a controlled environment. An SIV is not just about collapsing your wing, it is about understanding the dynamics of the wing and the how it will behave given certain situations. This mean an SIV is a development course in pilot control and safety, which is why several organisations are now making them mandatory for pilot progression. Our course is tailored to each individual which means we take into account your flying style and current level. We pride ourselves on a personal level of instruction so that you get the most out of your training and progress faster. With a course capped at 10 pilots we make sure you get your airtime and detailed debrief on the ground. As an acro pilot we can also tailor the course to acrobatic flying, if you've already completed your first SIV and want to progress into acro training then we can create a program to suit your level and progression. All flights are instructed from the ground with video recording so we can really fine tune manoeuvres. There is a dedicated safety boat, just in case, and life jackets will be provided. What do you need to do? The course price covers tuition so you'll need to book flights to Dalaman, hotel and also make sure your equipment is in fully working condition.
